Cancellation Policy

* Bookings must be a minimum of 1-hour * At management discretion, bookings may be adjusted to ensure continuous utilisation of the facility * A minimum of 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking (full refund provided where condition is met) * After receiving your online payment your booking will be review and if required we will contact you to adjust the time
